The Gujarat Government has set up the Gujarat Social Entrepreneurship Fund (G-SEF). The PMU team has been established under the GLPC (Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Limited). The project name is Gujarat Mentorship & Acceleration of Individuals for Transforming Rural Income (G-MAITRI).

G-MAITRI aims to support over 150 start-ups with grants in the next five years and targets impacting 1 Million rural livelihoods in Gujarat. We are inviting applications from social start-up enterprises dedicated to enabling rural livelihood and enhancing the income and livelihood of self-help groups, rural women, farmers, and micro and small entrepreneurs across the state.
