These guidelines will help ensure that the form is completed accurately and in accordance with the submission process.

1. Kindly keep the following information handy before filling out the form:

- Official Email ID under Email field

- Pitch deck in PDF format (acceptable size is 10MB only)

- CIN Number for Private Limited companies

- Valid LinkedIn URL of the Founder(s)

2. Ensure that you read all instructions at the top of the form or next to each question before answering

3. Kindly Double Check your answers for accuracy

4. While uploading required pitch deck, make sure the file type and size are within the specified limits

5. Upload files that are relevant and clearly named for easy identification

6. After completing the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the form submission is complete
