Hero Dealer Innovation Community is designed for fostering innovative solutions at our Dealerships for improving customer satisfaction and enhancing the brand experience.

Program Structure:

• Duration:12 months, including multiple stages.

• Screening & Evaluation: Identify top-performing applicants through multiple rounds of reviews with senior leadership. 

• POC Execution: Implement selected solutions at selected dealerships.

• Observation & Feedback: Monitor and refine results for further implementation.

What's in it for Dealers?

• Technology and Business Support: Dealers will get access to cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance operations and customer experience. Access to start-up networks, internal Hero digital team, Hero dealer management team for ensuring the ideas shared by dealerships result into successful implementable solutions.

• Funding for POCs: Dedicated funding for Proof of Concepts (POCs) to help test and scale innovative solutions only for the shortlisted dealers at the final stage of evaluation

• Capability Enhancement: Empowerment to enhance sales, service, and customer engagement practices by direct involvement in POC execution, Knowledge enhancement series.

How to Apply?

• Eligibility Criteria for Level 1: Dealers are being handpicked and are eligible to apply for the Interest form who have been performing well in business as well as service.

• Interest Form: To participate in the Hero DIC program, interested dealers have to fill up this Interest Form. Once successfully submitted an internal team from Hero will be evaluating these applications and shortlisting dealers for the next round.
