1. Tailored Virtual Flash Mentoring: Embrace the power of personalized mentoring through our 1:1 virtual flash mentoring program. This innovative approach ensures a focused and impactful connection between mentors and mentees.

2. Impactful Commitment: As a mentee, your commitment involves scheduling a session with the mentor of your choice and respect the time commitment. This ensures that you get full benefit from this program, thereby fostering professional growth and development.

3. Dedicated Time for the session: Recognizing the value of time, mentoring sessions are structured to last for 1 hour with each mentor. This dedicated time allows for meaningful discussions and insights.

4. Theme-Based Participation:   Every month focuses on a different theme for mentoring. You may approach more than one mentor per month and also get mentored every month on the different themes. This ensures a dynamic and engaging experience for both mentors and mentees, promoting targeted learning and growth.
