·      300-500 active farmer members/shareholders.

·      Defined leadership with elected representatives, active board, CEO, and accountant.

·      Transparent, audited financial records.

·      Demonstrated initial market traction with product-market fit.

·      Minimum ₹1 Cr turnover in the latest financial year.
